Meet Erin

Hey There! Thanks for stopping by my blog! 

My name is Erin, I am the young age of 20, I live in a small town in Ohio, and I have a passion for everything food.

I am working my way to going to culinary school for baking and pastry. In the meantime, I have this blog to document all of my baking adventures and share them with you. 

Other than baking, I consider myself a movie buff, I have a new found love of photography, I love spending time with my family, I get the occasional craving for chicken fajita nachos, I've had the same best friends since before I can remember, and I wouldn't change one thing about any of it.

I have three cats, whom I love dearly. They are spoiled rotten and have astonishingly different personalities. I also have a dog, Dudley. He is a bassador, which is part basset, and part labrador. Some say he is funny looking but I think he's beautiful. He's so unique, and a sweetie, to boot!

My mom means the world to me. Sometimes we have our disagreements, but in the end, she's always been there for me, and always will be. I love that she is supporting me while I take a time out and figure out what I want to do with my life. Thanks, mom! I also have a brother, Jim. He is awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better brother. Even though he used to practice his WWF wresting moves out on me and pick on me incessantly, he is a great brother, and is always there when I need him. 

I adore entertaining people. There is nothing that makes me happier than putting a smile on someone's face. I sincerely hope I entertain you while you read this blog, as well as teach you what I know and learn what I do not. 

To sum it up, I love to bake. I suppose that's why I'm here, writing all of my fiascos down for you to read. So please, enjoy, and feel free to say hello at any time.
